Senior Product Designer UX/UI

Peers gives enterprises the power of systematic employee skill management, team building and learning. It is enabled by a broad database of skills and learning content, as well as a machine learning recommendation engine.
As Senior Product Designer UX/UI together with the product and dev team I not only introduced several essential advancements but designed the product towards product market fit. Here are some impressions of my work:
OKR
Provide recurring value for buyer group.
Assumption & ResearchAlthough the majority of users are employees that have recurring value in form of new e-learnings every week – the actual buyer / decider group are managers and team leaders. Payments to use the app happen on a monthly basis so value should be provided to them monthly, as well. Based on qualitative user interviews (within the buyer group) users needed visualisations of employees’ progresses.
SolutionI came up with the math and graphic learning curve implementation which visualises the skill development of employees on a monthly basis. I used data points that were already accumulated by the system but not used. The logic that the graph is build on is the foundation on future features such as future role planning.
