Feature design
One of my recent projects on a freelance basis was to rework the entire customer communication experience and add essential new features. anni.care is a platform that connects medical supply houses with patients. My job was two-fold: to find an efficient way for medical supply house personal to select what information is need from their patients; the second part was to design the way those patients receive a message and interact with it. This meant: two different user journeys and two different designs.

SolutionStraightforward user journeys for patients as well as facilities that clearly aligned with their ‘jobs to be done’. Helpful declaration of ‘tasks’ that made it very clear on what to do.
